Set-up & staff training
Our experienced team work with customers to ensure they are confident and fully equipped to get the most out of your VC Connect system. A Project Manager will guide you through the set-up and installation process, and any data migration services needed.
A training program is developed, tailored to your staff’s training needs, and delivered onsite to your staff team by our qualified trainer.
Our dedicated support team are available to offer any technical support (telephone and email), as well as best practice advice on data management and your internal processes. Once installed, your support contract will service all your database needs, from hosting, back-ups, system updates, and ongoing security.
